Don and Kent at Dry Fly Distilling are making Vodka as we speak. The wheat mash is cooking right now and by next week they will have some local Vodka. The guys showed us around their shiny new equipment and it couldn't be more impressive. The Dry Fly Website is also looking great. They have given it a makeover and it is worth checking out. The only thing missing now is the booze to go in their snazzy first batch bottles.
