Here is another article that talks about why rural sprawl may be a needed due to the lack of farmland being used to produce food. There is a lot of other discourse about home design and even Alice Waters. More importantly though are the comments stretching into the hundreds. It seems this is an idea that speaks to people's sensibilities, but we often have a difficult time following through with what we know we should be doing.
