
The restaurant deathwatch is back. I have heard that Ella's has closed. The building that housed Ella's is such an interesting one that I imagine there will be a lot of interest in it.

Up in Bonner's Ferry, local farmers are getting organized and have launched the Six Rivers Community Market. It seems that this project will grow from a CSA style pick-up site to a brick and mortar market over time.
In Spokane local cook Jeremy Hanson is venturing into the Chef-Owner world with a place in the Liberty Cafe space. Sante looks to be a whole new kind of place for the space that has languished as "that cafe in Auntie's bookstore". Having the book store right next door will help people who need to look up the word charcuterie.
The rumor mill has been whispering about William Webster (Isabella's) doing another restaurant, this time out on Indian trail.
Ambrosia has already replicated itself by opening a second unit, this one called Cafe Neo, by Whitworth in the old Wild Noodles location.
